Job summary

A leading global semiconductor company in Singapore is seeking a Senior Engineer to conduct TCAD device simulations, design, and analyze device test keys. The ideal candidate will have a Master's or Ph.D. in Physics or Electrical Engineering and significant experience in BCD development. This position offers a remuneration of up to SGD 11,000, along with opportunities for collaboration within a dynamic engineering team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years experience (Engineer level); more than 3 years (Senior Engineer level).
• Relevant working experience in BCD development is preferred.
• Proficient in both oral and written English.

About the Company

Our client is a leading global semiconductor foundry company manufacturing microchips for use in the present and for the future. You will have the chance to work with engineers from other fields and process to resolve and improve current procedures.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct TCAD device simulations and deck calibration.
• Design, analyze, and layout device test keys.
• Perform device bench testing including DC/HV/reliability testing and characterization.
• Fine‑tune devices to ensure on‑time delivery and successful reliability qualification.

Job Requirements:

• Preferred Master's or Ph.D. degree in Physics or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 1-3 years experience (Engineer level); More than 3 years experience (Senior Engineer Level)
• Relevant working experience in BCD development is preferred.
• Proficient in both oral and written English.
• Solid semiconductor device physics and analysis skill, with a focus on bipolar and power devices.
• Experience in BCD (Bipolar-CMOS-DMOS) device development and characterization is preferred.
• Hands on experience in TCAD simulation, calibration, layout, and power device bench testing is advantageous.
• Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the team.
• Self-motivated and avid learner.
• Able to relocate and work in Singapore
