• Infrastructure: system patching, troubleshoot infrastructure issues and setup/reinstall of servers/workstations
• Security: VAPT (Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing) support, VAPT remediation support and compliance support
• Operating System: Windows Server 2022 & Above, Windows 11 and RHEL 8 & Above
• Products: Fortinet (FortiManager, Firewall), Cisco Router and Switches and Security Products (Splunk, Trellix, Cyberark, IBM Guardian)
• Compliances: CIS Benchmark, CCOP (Cybersecurity Code of Practice by CSA) and IM8 Policies
• Others: project audit support, incident support (Infrastructure, Network, Security), annual DR support and ad-Hoc Network Issue Support
