About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Bartender to join us (LOCALS). As a Bartender, you’ll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious cocktails in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position located in Somerset.

What you’ll be doing

• Preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and well‑stocked bar area
• Providing friendly and attentive customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all patrons
• Keeping up with current trends and techniques in bartending and mixology
• Adhering to all health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations
• Assisting with inventory management and ordering of bar supplies
• Collaborating with the team to enhance the overall bar operations

What we’re looking for

• Experience as a Bartender or F&B related background
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure
• Proficiency in cash handling and point-of-sale systems
• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to provide an exceptional customer experience
• You must be at least 18 years old as this is a regulatory to handle alcohol
