• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and flair
• Maintenance of the bar, ensuring it's clean, well-stocked, and ready for every service
• Confidently present the menu and propose / upsell different food & beverage choices to our customers
• Collaborate with your team, contributing to a positive and productive work environment
• Assist menu development
• Process payments transactions from the customers
• Comply with all health and safety regulations and company policies
• Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with guests
• Manage bar inventory and restock supplies as needed

qualifications and experience:

• Prior bartending experience
• Knowledge of wine, beer, alcoholic beverages, drink recipes and mixology techniques
• Displays eagerness to learn and full of energy
• Passionate about the craft of cocktails, beverage knowledge, and hospitality
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure
