Job Summary

Join the team at Tower Club as a Bartender. You will prepare and serve a wide range of beverages while delivering excellent service to members and guests.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes and service procedures to ensure consistent quality
  • Set up the bar before opening and close it at the end of each shift to maintain operational readiness
  • Clean and sanitize the bar counter, equipment, and storage areas daily to uphold hygiene standards
  • Monitor stock levels regularly and replenish supplies to maintain adequate inventory
  • Assist with stocktaking and ordering to support efficient inventory management
  • Provide professional, courteous, and attentive service to members and guests to enhance their experience
  • Follow food safety, workplace safety, and responsible alcohol service regulations to ensure a safe environment
Preferred competencies and qualifications
  • Experience working in a hotel, club, or food and beverage establishment
