Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience as a barista, bartender, or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, cocktails, and beverage preparation.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team with professionalism and positivity.
  • Excellent guest interaction and communication skills.
  • Passionate about hospitality and delivering memorable dining experiences.
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

  • Engage with guests warmly, making recommendations and tailoring experiences.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of coffee machines, bar equipment, and glassware.
