Job description

We are looking to hire passionate and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Barista/Service crew to help with daily operations at our Cafe. We serve unique speciality drinks and strive to serve our customers with exceptional service and quality food and beverages.

Job Scope & Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, anticipate and respond to customer needs
  • Prepare a variety of espresso-based beverages and tea, other hot/iced beverages
  • Preferably experienced in coffee calibration, basic latte art skills (not a requirement as long as willing to learn)
  • Maintain drinkware and beverage equipment needed for beverage preparation, and ensure hygiene levels are met
  • Maintain product taste and quality stability
  • Monitor coffee bean and other supplies' qualities
  • Able to maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanour during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard
  • Operate Point of Sales (POS) Systems for all orders
  • Able to handle all aspects of front of house service, including barista and customer service and floor duties
