Role Overview

As a Barista at Sip Sip, you'll be hands-on at the front line of our beverage experience. From perfect espresso shots to smooth matcha pours, you’ll help us serve consistency, comfort, and creativity, all with a smile.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare espresso-based beverages, hand-brewed coffee, matcha drinks, and seasonal creations

• Maintain speed, accuracy, and consistency during service

• Operate, clean, and maintain coffee and matcha equipment

• Support daily opening and closing procedures of the bar

• Deliver warm, attentive, and guest-focused service

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the bar station

• Assist with restocking, inventory checks, and beverage prep
