Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in multi-outlet F&B or retail operations.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, SOPs, cash control, and manpower management.
• Comfortable working on weekends and public holidays.

• Oversee daily operations of assigned bakery outlets.
• Drive sales performance, productivity, and profitability.
• Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and outlet teams.
• Monitor daily sales and cash reconciliation.
