We are seeking a talented and experienced Cafe Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our vibrant cafe in the heart of Singapore. This full-time role is essential in ensuring the smooth running of our café, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and driving the business to new heights. As the Cafe Manager, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team, managing inventory and finances, and implementing strategies to enhance the cafe's profitability and reputation.
Supervising and coordinating the café staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
Ensuring consistently high standards of customer service and maintaining a positive, welcoming atmosphere
Overseeing inventory management, including ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste
Managing the café's financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and reporting
Developing and implementing marketing and promotional strategies to attract new customers and increase sales
Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
Collaborating with the wider team to continually enhance the customer experience and drive the café's growth
Minimum 3 years of experience in a café or restaurant management role, preferably in the hospitality industry
Proven track record of successful team leadership and people management skills
Strong financial acumen and the ability to analyze and interpret financial data to drive business decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and staff
Proficient in inventory management, cost control, and operational efficiency
Familiarity with local health and safety regulations in the food and beverage industry
