• 2 years of working experience in related fields is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day to day operation in a Datacentre for the project/maintenance team.
• Assist to add and troubleshoot any site devices that need to be added to the backend.
• Be stationed in the Datacentre during the Project and Maintenance phase.
• Installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and servicing of security systems.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to network connectivity and security systems.
• Provide feedback to management on issues faced on the ground.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist in day to day operation in a Datacentre for the project / maintenance team
• Assist to add and troubleshoot on any site devices that need to be added to the backend (if any)
• Be stationed in the Datacentre during Project and Maintenance phase of the project
• Installation, troubleshooting, maintenance and servicing of a wide variety of equipment including but not limited to: General security systems, Alarm systems, CCTV systems, Access control systems
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to network connectivity, server performance, and communication between security systems (e.g., CCTV, alarm systems, access control systems).
• Provide feedback to management on issues faced on the ground

Skills & Experience

• Candidate should possess at least a Professional Certificate/ NiTEC in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent
• 2 year(s) of working experience in related fields is preferred for this position
