About The Role

Our client is a leading player in Kitchen Appliance Industry. They are looking for a Sales Executive to join their Sales Team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East area – easily accessible.

  • Basic Up to $3,300 + Commission Up to $4,000 + Car Allowance
  • Mon - Friday , Office Hours
  • Product focus: Consumer Electronics / Home Appliances
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive growth and achieve monthly retail sales targets through effective management of the retail sales channel.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company’s customer base and strengthen market presence.
  • Conduct sales training for dealers’ sales teams, covering retail business processes, daily sales operations, and customer management.
  • Analyze the strengths and gaps within the dealer network to effectively assign tasks to sales and marketing executives.
  • Oversee sales administration and monitor individual as well as team sales performance.
Requirements
  • B2B sales experience strongly preferred
  • Must possess own vehicle with a valid Class 3 Driving License
