Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in network infrastructure and cloud networking roles.
• CCNA or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• Preferred AWS certifications like Cloud Practitioner or Solutions Architect.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operations support and maintenance for core network infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Perform fault analysis, configuration updates, and performance tuning.

Skills

Hands-on experience with Palo Alto and Fortinet firewalls

Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

AWS operational experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Education
