A leading financial institution is looking for an AVP/VP in Wealth Management to provide segment support in Singapore. This role involves tracking sales performance, preparing management reports, and collaborating with various stakeholders. An ideal candidate should possess a degree and have at least 5 years of experience in a middle office role. Strong strategic planning and management skills are essential. Responsibilities

  • Track and generate bi-weekly sales dashboards.
  • Prepare monthly management reports.
  • Track monthly profit & loss of the segment to identify improvements.
  • Manage weekly management meetings and monthly business reviews.
  • Develop segment strategies and manage follow-up actions with stakeholders.
  • Support Wealth Management teams in projects and initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support if needed.

Job Description

The AVP/VP, Wealth Management – Strategy & Business Management, plays a key role in providing segment support for Wealth Management Singapore.

Job Responsibilities
  • Tracking and generation of bi-weekly sales dashboards
  • Preparations of monthly management reports
  • Tracking of monthly profit & loss of the segment, highlighting areas for improvements or cost management
  • Managing the weekly management meetings, monthly business review with Head Wealth Management and quarterly business review with Head Community Financial Services
  • Develop segment strategies and manage follow-up actions with stakeholders such as segment sales heads, business heads, product teams, marketing and channel distribution
  • Supporting the Wealth Management Singapore teams in projects and initiatives (where applicable)
  • Administrative support (if needed)
