Qualifications

• 7+ years of banking experience in Trade Finance/Transaction Banking is preferable.

• New product development, Roll Out & process improvement.
• Support branches and subsidiaries for new Product Roll Out, Transaction execution & Commercialization.
• Drive trade commercialization initiatives across all markets in APAC.
• Identify and drive/implement process improvements & product enhancements to keep them fit for purposes.
• Update/develop Trade Product Materials for internal & external use.
• Promote trade finance business – Documentary Trade and Open Account Trade products in the APAC region in order to achieve target.
• Data analytics and related support to drive trade promotion activities.
• Strong Stakeholder Management.

Job Requirements

• Banking experience (preferable 7+ years) in Trade Finance/Transaction Banking.
• Trade Product Management experience in an International / Regional Bank is preferred.
• Ability to work in a matrix organization with good influencing skills.
• Good interpersonal & communications skills.
• Proficiency in written & Spoken English.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and analytical tools.
