Job summary

A leading Payments and Crypto Firm in Singapore seeks a Regulatory Compliance Specialist to manage all PSA and regulatory compliance matters. You will work closely with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) on licensing and provide regulatory advisory on compliance issues. Ideal candidates have at least 5 years of compliance experience in similar sectors, capable of working independently, and managing regional stakeholders. Join us as we expand across APAC with a focus on compliance management.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of Compliance experience – PSA experience is a must.
• Prior Compliance experience in a Payments and Crypto Firm.
• Able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Work with MAS on all licensing related matters.
• Provide Regulatory Advisory on any PSA and MAS related requirements.
• Maintain the Compliance framework for the Payments and Crypto business.
• Monitor any high-risk transactions and mitigate any Risks in the business.
• Ensure external vendors align with regulatory requirements.

My client is a leading Payments and Crypto Firm, and we are looking for a Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join the team in Singapore. You will be overseeing all PSA and Regulatory Compliance related matters and be part of their growth strategy as the scale across APAC.

Responsibilities

• Work with MAS on all licensing related matters
• Provide Regulatory Advisory on any PSA and MAS related requirements.
• Maintain the Compliance framework for the Payments and Crypto business
• Monitor any high‑risk transactions and mitigate any Risks in the business
• Partner with external vendors and ensure they are in line with regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Bachelors’ degree in a related field
• At least 5 years of Compliance experience – PSA experience is a must
• Prior Compliance experience in a Payments and Crypto Firm
• Able to work independently
