About the Role
We are looking for a driven Corporate Development professional to join a small, collaborative, and highly visible team. In this role, you will work closely with senior leaders and cross‑functional partners to support a range of strategic initiatives, including M&A, strategic partnerships, restructuring, and other corporate actions.

Key Responsibilities
M&A & Investment Strategy
- Support the sourcing, assessment, and execution of M&A, investment, and partnership opportunities.
- Coordinate activities throughout the full deal cycle, from initial evaluation through integration.
Financial Analysis & Modeling
- Build and maintain financial models to evaluate transactions, assess risks, and support strategic decision‑making.
- Conduct valuation analyses and prepare deal scenarios for leadership review.
Due Diligence & Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work with teams across finance, legal, tax, operations, and business units to conduct comprehensive due diligence.
- Ensure alignment on assumptions, risks, and recommendations.
Executive Communication
- Prepare clear, high‑quality presentations and reports for internal committees and senior leaders.
- Articulate strategic findings, insights, and recommendations in a concise and compelling manner.
Market & Competitive Research
- Monitor industry trends, competitor developments, and market movements.
- Provide insights that help shape strategic thinking and opportunity assessment.
Stakeholder & Partner Engagement
- Build relationships with advisors, investment banks, and potential partners to support deal flow and ongoing collaboration.
Strategic Growth Support
- Work with business units to evaluate and prioritize both organic and inorganic growth initiatives aligned to corporate goals.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or another quantitative discipline.
- CFA candidates or charterholders strongly preferred.
- 5‑7+ years of experience in corporate development, corporate finance, investment banking, or financial advisory.
- Sector exposure in insurance (life or non‑life), insurtech, healthcare, or banking/financial services is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and project management abilities.
