• 3–4 years of experience in IT System Operation & Maintenance (O&M) roles.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices.
• Good understanding and practical application of ITIL framework.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of at least 5 members.
• Oversee day-to-day IT system operations.
• Track and manage IT assets effectively.
• Collaborate with external service providers as needed.
• Monitor and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Manage budgets for service delivery operations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers.
