Qualifications

  • Good knowledge of repair management.
  • Good understanding of After Sales Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

  • Focal point of contact for customers in Asia Pacific regarding repair services.
  • Ensure smooth progress of order handling and follow up on requests.
  • Proactive notification of customers about order status.
