Job summary

A global aerospace company in Singapore is seeking a Buyer to manage parts and materials acquisition for customer aircraft, requiring 10 years of aviation experience and proficiency in ERP systems like SAP. Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in aviation or material/parts environment.
• Experience working in ERP system like SAP or ORCL.
• Working knowledge of FAA/EASA regulations for aircraft maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate suppliers and maintain the Approved Suppliers List (ASL).
• Purchase material within approved budget.
• Generate purchase order requests through the Purchase Order system in SAP.
• Arrange shipments and coordinate customs clearance.
• Monitor timely deliveries and inform the Material Manager of delays.
