Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in AV/System Integrator/Projector equipment.
• Experience in projector technology, tools, software, and optics.
• Willing to travel within Southeast Asia and internationally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality technical support to sales team and end-users.
• Resolve pre and post-sales technical issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain quality standards of company equipment/products.
