Job summary

A leading automotive service company in Singapore seeks a Customer Service Assistant to support daily operations in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities include coordinating parts ordering, preparing customer quotations and invoices, as well as managing vehicle recall campaigns. The ideal candidate should have at least GCE 'O' level or diploma, along with 2 to 3 years of customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry. Proficiency in MS Office is essential for this role.

Qualifications

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ level or Diploma Holder.
  • 2 to 3 years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Experience in the automotive industry and Autoline system is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Service Advisor in daily operations.
  • Check recall campaigns for vehicles.
  • Order parts and coordinate deliveries.
  • Prepare invoices after job completion.
  • Manage pickup and delivery arrangements.
