Job Responsibilities

• Preparation of 2D/3D perspectives or sketches.

• Responsible for design and preparation of detailed drawings, design development and construction documents and projects oversight.

• Making adjustments to drawings according to feedback from engineers or architects.

• Responsible for rendered plans and section elevations, translating concept designs into working documents for all phases of the process.

• Technical and product review with design team.

• Attends meeting with the client, consultants, and contractors and make sure that the design intent is met.

• Presentation of design to clients.

Job Requirements

You are passionate, creative, an achiever, highly self‑motivated and an independent individual who is detail‑oriented, possess strong skills in design concepts, perspective and project management exklusesion good presentation skills; able to work in a team and independently, possess excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and ability to perform under tight schedule and pressure.

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or Interior Design or Architecture.

• Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience.

• Skill proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, Vector software (Corel Draw or Adobe Illustrator), Photoshop, Sketchup or MS Office.

• Good knowledge of drawing preparation & organization; familiar with furniture/fabrics/lighting elements, construction materials, details methods & standards.

• Experience in commercial and residential design work projects will be an advantage.

• Able to converse with English and Chinese speaking clients, contractors and vendors to complete projects effectively.
