Job summary

A healthcare facility in Singapore seeks an individual to assess client skills and develop Individualised Service Plans (ISPs). Responsibilities include managing classrooms, implementing intervention plans, and collaborating with various stakeholders. Ideal candidates should have a Polytechnic diploma and experience with youths/adults with autism. Strong communication skills and a compassionate personality are essential.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 ‘O’ level passes including English.
  • Experience in direct handling of youths/adults with autism will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and evaluate the skill levels of clients.
  • Develop and execute clients’ Individualised Service Plans (ISPs).
  • Manage classroom and implement behavioural intervention plans.
