Job Description & Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Perform statutory audit under Singapore Audit Standard.
- Manage engagements and ensuring deliverables meet work plan specifications and deadlines.
- Manage audit engagement timeline.
- Identify and communicate accounting and auditing matters to managers and partners.
- Assist in preparing reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other parties.
- Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication, and updating audit partners/managers on progress.
- Instructing and give training juniors in the workplace.
- Carry out ad-hoc duties, when assigned.
Job Requirements:
- A recognised degree in Accountancy or professional qualifications such as CA Singapore, ACCA, CPA Australia or equivalent
- 4 - 5 years’ experience in audit firm or equivalent
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with customers and cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills and excellent business acumen
- Strong team leadership & people management skills.
- Proactive and have a positive attitude towards challenges.
- The ability to adapt to changes in technology and able to work independently.
