• Conduct personalized consultations with VIP clients to understand their needs.
• Assist in full sales and customer service setup for the pre-opening phase.
• Work together with the Sales and Guest Relations Teams.
• Execute strategies to drive room sales and client acquisition.
• Promote and grow the client base for high-end SPA programs.
