Field of Activity

You will shoulder responsibility in one of the world's leading international organizations for financial markets infrastructures. In a dynamic, client and technology-oriented environment you will be in charge of the accounting of the India based and Singapore based entities of Deutsche Börse Group, doing day to day accounting tasks, preparing monthly/quarterly accounts as well as year end (statutory) ones. Furthermore, you will have to deal with related matters to support tax topics, annual audits and management decisions.

Your Responsibilities
  • Handling the day to day operation of India entities (main) and Singapore entities
  • Accounting (Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets)
  • Accounts reconciliation and Intercompany reconciliation
  • Prepare statutory accounts for India entities (main) and Singapore entities including branches of European companies
  • Perform month end closing process including delivery for group accounts on various levels
  • Work on special accounting tasks on an ad hoc basis
  • Support preparation of deferred tax and tax computation
  • Handling the India VAT and Singapore GST computation and submission
  • Direct dealing with internal and external auditors
Our Requirements
  • Years of experience: 5 - 10 years of relevant experience
  • Education Qualification: Degree in Accounting or Professional Certification in Accounting
  • Practical experience in accounting
  • Good accounting knowledge - especially on India GAAP, IFRS and SG GAAP
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
