Job description

Blue Edge offers and supports a full suite of advisory, administrative, and investment services for Ultra High Net Worth Individuals and Family Offices across the Asian region.

This is a critical role that supports the Relationship Manager in the acquisition and ongoing management of clients and prospects.

The successful candidate will demonstrate meticulousness, conscientiousness, compliance, strong organizational discipline, a methodical work approach, and exceptional attention to detail.

Roles and Responsibilities
  1. Support Relationship Manager(s) in the effective servicing and management of clients and prospects. Also, any other tasks requested by the RM.
  2. Liaise closely with professional service providers—including retail, corporate, and private banks, as well as accountants, auditors, tax advisors, legal counsel, agents, and other intermediaries—to facilitate and complete required tasks.
  3. Receive, understand, prioritise, and execute client enquiries and instructions in a timely and accurate manner.
  4. Coordinate with private banks to open new accounts, manage clients’ enquiries, rollover deposits and loans, place trade orders, and perform other account-related activities.
  5. Ensure strict adherence to MAS regulations, internal policies, and all relevant compliance requirements.
  6. Accurately review, analyse, and update financial figures, client data, and relevant documentation.
  7. Maintain strong organisational discipline and ensure all tasks are completed accurately and ahead of deadlines.
Requirements
  1. Diploma or higher qualification in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  2. CACS Paper 1 & 2 certification preferred.
  3. Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry is an advantage.
  4. Meticulous, proactive, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with strong competency in Excel.
  6. Excellent command of both Chinese and English, in spoken and written communication.
  7. Willing to learn, highly motivated, and able to work collaboratively within a team.
