A leading company engaged in the design, manufacture, and sale of capital equipment and precision tools used in the assembly of semiconductor devices. Job Title: Associate Engineer (6-12 months Contract)

Location: Serangoon North Ave

Salary: $2200 – $2500 per month + Completion Bonus

Working Hours (Permanent Shift)

• 1st Shift: Mon-Fri 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM, Alternate Sat 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM
• 2nd Shift: Mon-Fri 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM, Alternate Sat 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM
• 3rd Shift: Mon-Fri 10:45 PM – 7:15 AM, Alternate Sat 10:45 PM – 7:15 AM

(All shifts include a 45-minute break)

Responsibilities:

• Build and assemble wire bonding machines
• Perform functional testing and troubleshooting
• Conduct basic repairs and adjustments
• Follow SOPs and safety guidelines
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet daily targets

Requirement (Must ok!!)

• No colour blindness
• Comfortable to wear smog jacket at work
