Operating with individual sales targets within a collaborative team environment, you'll partner with Global Structuring & Trading teams to drive and build out our solutions offering while deepening existing and uncovering new relationships with institutional investors across Greater China. What will you do?
  • Build & Deepen solutions-centric engagements with Chinese FIs, capturing meaningful wallet across cross-asset derivatives while transitioning the business from transactional flow engagement to solution centric partnerships.
  • Identify and pursue strategic opportunities to expand our solutions footprint within Greater China FI segments, contributing market and product insights on emerging client needs, regulatory developments, and competitive dynamics.
  • Partner across front office and corporate functions to originate and execute solutions that address client objectives. Work alongside your line manager to identify market opportunities, champion new business initiatives, and drive solutions through the organization with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Navigate internal processes, build consensus across functions, and translate client needs into executable solutions—including complex, non-standard structures that differentiate RBC’s offering.
  • Coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and market competitiveness. Your ability to push ideas forward and mobilize resources will be critical to capturing client opportunities and scaling our presence in the Greater China market.
