Job summary

You will be part of the Human Resource Department to provide support to deliver prompt and professional HR activities.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with the full employee lifecycle including end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and offboarding.
  • Provide day-to-day support for HR administration, such as processing of work pass applications and renewals, maintaining proper documentation of employee P-Files, and preparation of various letters.
  • Respond to staff queries relating to employment legislation, company policies and benefits in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and update personnel records in the HR system (SAP / SuccessFactors).
  • Participate in ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma holder in Business Administration, preferably with major in Human Resource Management or its equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in Human Resource function.
  • Meticulous with strong follow up skills.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Working knowledge of HR/Payroll Software (e.g. SAP/ SuccessFactors).
  • Up-to-date with Singapore employment practices and regulations.
