A leading healthcare institution in Singapore seeks an administrative support staff for the Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery. The role involves managing logistics for conferences, assisting with project management, and coordinating educational activities. Ideal candidates will have a Diploma in Business Administration, at least 2 years of experience, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office. The position requires meticulousness and strong communication skills.
You will provide administrative support to the medical and secretarial staff of the Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery.
Your administrative duties will include typing, filing and photocopying of medical reports and other official documents, coordinating meetings and taking minutes, as well as arranging the logistics for doctors’ overseas conferences. In addition, you will assist the doctors in projects management, coordinate their undergraduate teachings and weekly educational activities, and help in other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
