Associate Executive, People & Organisation Development (Clinical Education)

At Woodlands Health, we are committed to shaping the future of healthcare education. We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Associate Executive to join our People & Organisation Development (P&OD) team in the area of Clinical Education. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our Simulation and Clinical Training Centre (SCTC) and Surgical Skills Lab (SSL), creating a conducive learning environment for healthcare professionals and trainees.

Responsibilities
  • Manage Simulation Equipment: Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of high‑fidelity patient simulators, task trainers, audiovisual systems, and other training equipment.
  • Prepare Training Spaces: Set up and maintain simulation rooms and surgical skills labs for workshops and clinical training activities.
  • Handle Biological Specimens: Prepare and manage biological specimens for surgical skills training, ensuring proper storage and handling.
  • Inventory Management: Track and maintain training equipment and consumables, ensuring optimal stock levels and storage conditions.
  • Collaborate on Projects: Support departmental and cross‑team projects, working closely with clinical leads, P&OD colleagues, and other stakeholders.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma with 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare.
  • Familiarity with simulation equipment or cadaveric specimen handling is highly desirable.
  • Proactive team player, detail-oriented, and willing to learn and adapt.
  • Occasional weekend duties.
  • Ability to safely handle heavy and bulky equipment.
