Job summary

Broad Function

To provide administrative, logistics and office support for Department of Surgery.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Specific tasks include:

  1. Overall division admin support, including scheduling of meetings, meeting logistics, secretariat support, and collation of information.
  2. Provide Stationery and office admin support including for IT and facility maintenance issues.
  3. Provide secretariat and logistical support to department meetings and events for internal and external stakeholders. Duties may include scheduling, minute taking, and preparing simple presentations and reports.
  4. Provide support to Heads of Department (HOD) including calendar management, claims, and overseas travel arrangement.
  5. Provide administrative support for Department Doctors including onboarding and off boarding activities, oversight of relevant certifications, leave projections, roster dissemination, and claims submission.
  6. Arrangement of staff educational and cohesion activities.
  7. Provide administrative support for procurement of items for clinical services, when required.
General
  1. Any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education / Training / Experience
  1. Diploma or GCE ‘A' Levels preferred.
