Job description

As an Associate Director of Technology at Firstsource Solutions Limited, an RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group company, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the development, maintenance, and optimization of software applications across the organization. With 10-14 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing large-scale projects, multiple small to medium initiatives, or strategic product portfolios. Your duties will include defining technology roadmaps, driving innovation, ensuring adherence to engineering best practices, and aligning technical goals with overall business objectives.To excel in this role, you must possess strong expertise in project and program management, encompassing planning, execution, resource allocation, budgeting, risk mitigation, and effective stakeholder communication. You will need to showcase technical acumen, leadership skills, and a results-oriented mindset.Your responsibilities will involve working with technologies such as Python Django, React.js, RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL), SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB), open-source technologies, and modern development frameworks. Familiarity with database migration and ORM tools like Liquibase or Hibernate is preferred.
