About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Tax Associate Director to lead advisory and compliance services across corporate and individual portfolios. The ideal candidate is a trusted advisor with strong technical expertise, commercial acumen, and a proven track record in managing complex tax matters and leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert tax advisory to corporate and individual clients on structuring, M&A, cross-border planning, and tax optimisation strategies.
  • Oversee tax compliance and statutory filings to ensure timely, accurate submissions in accordance with Singapore tax laws.
  • Manage tax audits and liaise with IRAS and other authorities to resolve disputes and mitigate risks.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of tax professionals to deliver quality, insight-driven client outcomes.
  • Drive business development, nurturing client relationships and identifying new service opportunities.
  • Support implementation of process improvements and tax technology to enhance efficiency and performance.
  • (Advantageous) Advise on international tax matters, including transfer pricing, cross-border structuring, and treaty compliance.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Law or equivalent; Master’s in Taxation or CTA qualification preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of managerial experience in tax advisory and compliance, with exposure to both corporate and individual clients.
  • In-depth knowledge of Singapore tax legislation, incentives, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong track record in tax planning for M&A, incentives, and HNWI personal tax matters.
  • Proven leadership in managing audits, client relationships, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Familiarity with tax technology platforms and reporting tools.
  • Exposure to international tax planning and cross-border advisory is an advantage.
