We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Associate Director Service Management.

Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will:

  1. Report to the Head of Technology Risk and Compliance, leading the initiation and governance of technology service deployments, focusing on outsourcing, cloud, AI/ML solutions, and broader IT services, ensuring compliance with Singapore regulatory requirements including MAS.
  2. Lead technology service deployments from internal and external providers, ensuring service agreements and SLAs meet business, regulatory, and resilience standards.
  3. Ensure compliance with MAS TRM guidelines, Outsourcing Notice 658, Cloud Guidelines, and manage the inventory of critical services and outsourcing arrangements, including oversight of approvals, risk assessments, and renewals. Support regulatory inspections and audits.
  4. Support cloud adoption, AI deployment, and emerging technologies by applying appropriate governance frameworks and collaborating with architecture, security, and compliance teams.
  5. Work with service providers to ensure service continuity, incident management, DR failover arrangements, and documented recovery plans.
  6. Support the Operational Resilience programme, including IT Disaster exercises and Business Continuity testing in Singapore.
  7. Act as a liaison between Singapore and group service providers, compliance, risk, and business stakeholders.
  8. Facilitate communication between Singapore regulatory obligations and group service management practices.
