Job description
Associate Director - Business Transformation
    You will be responsible for developing and executing key process improvement and digital transformational project roadmaps for the aligned businesses. This includes conducting process discoveries/analysis to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for digital transformation using RPA, AI, and workflows. You will develop and implement strategies to drive digitization, automation, and process improvement initiatives. Additionally, you will assess, identify, and deploy intelligent automation through generative AI and conversational bots. Your role will also involve analyzing customer behavior based on NPS/CSAT, suggesting significant changes through digital transformations, mapping customer journeys, and identifying opportunities for process re-engineering and digital enhancement.You will engage with senior stakeholders to understand their requirements, conduct RCA to identify opportunities, deploy solutions, and provide regular updates on progress. Identifying opportunities to improve business profitability, engaging with clients to drive key business priorities, and leading BB Level Projects will be part of your responsibilities. You will also coach and mentor Green Belts, provide innovative leadership in driving quality performance, and ensure the use of problem-solving and root cause analysis where necessary. Deploying frameworks to improve process performance on the shop floor, leading VSM and Problem-Solving Workouts with various businesses, as well as monitoring and auditing deployed processes for effectiveness and efficiency will be essential tasks. You will be responsible for generating business impact for clients using CI methodologies and frameworks.Key Performance Indicators for this role include value delivered through projects in support functions, automation identification and deployment support, project management and process improvement, facilitating change, facilitating idea generation and idea management, and supporting training delivery as required.Qualifications & Experience:- Critical: MBA, LSS Black Belt Certification (or) Management Consulting Experience, strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, and project management skills, experience in Value Stream Mapping, experience in facilitating problem-solving workshops/kaizen events/Design sprints, automation experience, knowledge of Generative AI, process mining tools, and RPA tools, BPO/KPO experience.- Desirable: Agile Certification, Gen AI Certification, Process Mining certification.Know How:- Critical: MS Visio and MS Office.- Desirable: Statistical Discovery Software JMP/Minitab.Personal Attributes/Traits:- Socially confident, self-driven, decisive and action-oriented, critical thinker, eager to learn, resilient.Competencies required for this role include Change Management, Fostering Partnerships with stakeholders, Managing Transformation, Customer obsession/Excellence, Leading Teams, and Working Across Boundaries.,
