Job summary

A leading financial services company in Singapore is seeking a Financial Operations Assistant. The role requires 1-2 years of experience in financial operations and proficiency in Excel. You will be responsible for preparing payments, reconciling transactions, processing client documentation, and supporting the Finance team with various administrative tasks. This permanent full-time position offers an opportunity to contribute to the efficiency of the department.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 – 2 years of experience in financial operations.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare daily payments and raise payment vouchers to Finance team.
  • Reconcile monies and ensure all transactions are accurately reflected.
  • Process client documentation, ensuring all necessary information is accurately captured and recorded.
  • Process client's account maintenance requests.
  • Handle enquiries from internal and external counterparties.
  • Archive client documentation and trade records systematically and securely.
  • Prepare and submit various administrative documents as required.
  • Perform any ad hoc duties assigned.
