Job summary

A logistics and warehousing company in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Assistant Executive to assist with the smooth running of their warehouse operations. Responsibilities include managing inventory, performing goods receipt and issuance, and maintaining accurate records. Ideal candidates should have a Diploma and at least one year of relevant experience in warehousing or logistics. Proficiency in MS Office and a positive attitude are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

As a warehouse Assistant Executive, you are involved in every aspect of the smooth running of our warehouse, from producing order pick lists to final dispatch of goods and supporting and assisting with stock control of clients’ products. Active involvement with continuous improvement projects, training and taking responsibility for ensuring the workplace environment is maintained in a clean and orderly fashion.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Perform Goods Receipt, Goods Issuance, physical inspection and handling of Customer Goods
  • Execute stock-take, cycle count and housekeeping duties and other warehouse activities as assigned
  • Responsible for ensuring check and balance of customer goods are all accounted for
  • Provide timely response to queries or logistics issues via emails or phone call
  • Maintain proper and accurate records through regular inventory check and report any deviations of stocks
  • Managing and filing relevant shipping, receiving, and inventory paperwork to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Ensure Tools are accurately accounted and maintained
  • Maintain ethical compliance of order details in the warehouse system
  • Any Ad-hoc duties assigned by Manager
Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
  1. Ensure all warehouse transactions are completed and updated in system by 3 working days upon completion of job
  2. Ensure all required tools and equipment repaired and maintained within 5 working days
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma
  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience in warehousing, or logistics industry
  • Proficient use of MS Office - Word / Excel
  • Computer literate
  • 'Can do' attitude
  • Prior experience in warehouse operations environment preferred but not a must
  • Hands-on experienced, mature responsible person with initiative
  • Team player and able to interact with all levels
  • 5.5 days’ work week (Alternate Saturday 9.00am – 1.00pm).
