Job Description:
- Plan, execute and manage Company's film & media projects for clients.
- Engage in end-to-end customer support from acquiring new clients to on-boarding to providing professional customer support.
- Involved in pre development phase which mainly includes pitching for projects, concept thinking and developing creative proposals.
- Conceptualizing and brainstorming, working on strategy sessions with clients on respective projects.
- Develop creative pitch decks and ideas to propose to potential Clients.
- Conducting thorough research on topics, subjects, and potential contributors.
- Be involved in the entire project workflow from pre-production planning to final product delivery.
- Scout and reserve locations, talents, vehicles and other resources needed for production.
- Putting together both a budget plan and production schedule for relevant projects.
- Coordinate with client and relevant team members effectively to reach project objectives.
- Communicating with clients and collaborators consistently.
- Act as the project liaison with the client to ensure alignment - coordinate, schedule, and facilitate key meetings.
- Ensure all project tasks are completed timely.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Mass Communications, Public Relations or Business Administration with 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Ability to adapt and be initiative at managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong documenting skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Best to have sufficient knowledge in video production and/or events.
- Self-motivated, dedicated, hands-on and willing to go extra mile.
- Ability to generate campaign / sales / marketing proposal for clients.
