The Opportunity
  • Opportunity to work with MNC company

Job Responsibilities
  • Implement technical operation initiatives with the offerings of ITSM services across business units.
  • Creating new projects with customised workflows in Jira service management platform.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot production BAU issues with a holistic view.
  • Manage incident tickets and provide root cause analysis on every system issue/bug.
  • Working closely with business units and IT counterparts to resolve incident tickets and managing service requests and change requests.
  • Facilitating the IT requirements of airport tenants/merchants and provide day-to-day IT operations support.
  • Coordinating and facilitating meetings for day-to-day operational needs as well project-related activities.
  • Web-based applications knowledge and technical competencies in AEM, AWS cloud platform and Alicloud WeChat miniprogram integration and application hosting. (AEM OR AWS OR ALI Cloud)
  • Technical knowledge with system monitoring tools such as Site 24x7, Datadog (APM) will be an advantage.
Expectation
  • Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in IT operations, production support, or IT service management (ITSM) environments.
  • Strong hands-on experience in incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and resolving BAU production issues.
  • Experience working with ITSM tools such as Jira Service Management, including creating workflows and managing service/change requests.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with business units, IT teams, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with a holistic and analytical approach to diagnosing system issues.
