Job summary

A construction management company in Singapore is looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee site work and manage foreign workers. The ideal candidate should have an ITE/Diploma, 1-2 years of experience in engineering or construction, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. Fresh graduates are welcome, and training will be provided. A Class 3 driving license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise site work and manage foreign workers.
• Plan manpower deployment for site works.

Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise site work
• To supervise foreign workers closely & take care of their well being
• To plan the manpower deployment require for the site works
• To ensure that projects are completed as per approved drawings within the required deadline
• To resolve any technical issues/difficulties that may arise on sites
• Carry out construction work scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation.
• Coordinate with relevant departments/ parties to ensure smooth progress of work
• To perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• ITE/Diploma of equivalent
• 1-2 years working experience, knowledge of engineering, construction, and design
• Proficient in using Microsoft office. Use of AutoCAD would be and advantage.
• Fresh Graduate are welcome, training will be provided
• Class 3 driving license (preferred)
