We are representing our client in the luxury automotive industry to seek a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Service Manager with proven track record in the automotives industries.

Responsibilities
  • In this leadership role, you will oversee service center operations by guiding and motivating the aftersales team to reach business goals while following core quality guidelines.
  • Responsible for optimizing workshop efficiency by planning and maximizing staff utilization while maintaining high repair standards.
  • This includes conducting regular time analysis to ensure the team is working at its best.
  • To drive performance and customer satisfaction, you will define and achieve targets for workshop throughput, profitability, and customer retention by implementing effective processes and monitoring performance closely.
  • Safety and organization are top priorities, so you will ensure the workspace remains tidy and compliant with all local workplace safety and health requirements.
  • When challenges arise, you will handle customer escalations by engaging directly with clients to provide exceptional service recovery.
  • Behind the scenes, you will manage procurement and cost control by overseeing service center purchases and analyzing spending.
  • Focus on developing and coaching team members by creating growth plans and conducting performance reviews to ensure everyone on your team is reaching their full potential.
Requirements
