Job Details

• Located at Expo
• Up to $7,000 with AWS & VB
• Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm (Standby support during weekends / public holidays when required)

Job Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Security in implementing and enhancing physical security measures across warehouses and offices in line with global security standards
• Implement and maintain security standards to meet certification requirements such as C-TPAT, TAPA, RCAR, STP-Plus and KCR
• Execute security crisis management and loss prevention plans
• Conduct risk assessments, security audits, and follow up on non‑conformities
• Manage and oversee outsourced security agencies and conduct regular audits and spot checks
• Lead and supervise security officers (small teams across sites)
• Investigate security incidents and provide timely reporting and corrective actions
• Deliver security training and ensure proper documentation of training records
• Act as liaison with external authorities (e.g. Police, SCDF, Customs, regulatory bodies)
• Support security‑related projects, RFPs, and internal stakeholder presentations
• Manage and enhance security systems including CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection systems
• Perform other security‑related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Security Management or related discipline
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in security or security management
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or operational environments is advantageous
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office; Power BI (basic) and SAP are advantageous
• Willing to travel across multiple sites within Singapore (mileage claim provided)
• Own transport preferred
