Job Summary

Exciting opportunity for an experienced sales leader to drive growth in water quality analyser solutions across diverse industries.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for water quality analysers.
  • Manage and expand key accounts in sectors such as water infrastructure, utilities, semiconductor facilities, industrial users, and engineering firms.
  • Identify new market opportunities, projects, and tender prospects in water and wastewater applications.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to ensure consistent performance.
  • Collaborate with technical, service, and marketing teams to deliver integrated customer solutions.
  • Prepare and present technical-commercial proposals, tenders, and product demonstrations.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM records, and provide regular management reports.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in water quality analysers, analytical instruments, or related environmental technologies.
  • Strong technical knowledge of online and laboratory water quality analysers (e.g., pH, conductivity, turbidity, TOC, nutrients, metals).
  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within water and wastewater or process industries.
  • Experience in managing sales teams and major accounts is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, strategic thinker with strong customer focus.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
