Job Description:

Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow assigned Modern Trade (MT) accounts through the development and execution of go-to-market and customer strategies
  • Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) with key supermarket partners, including annual plans and quarterly business reviews
  • Own buyer negotiations covering trading terms, commercial agreements, and promotional mechanics
  • Drive sales growth, distribution, promotions, and new product launches across MT channels
  • Monitor sales, margin forecasts, and 5P execution, identifying gaps and implementing corrective actions
  • Conduct post-promotion evaluations and analyze performance trends to generate actionable insights
  • Build strong partnerships with MT customers to understand shopper and consumer needs
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Sales Operations to ensure strong in-store execution
  • Recommend process and execution improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer service
Requirements
  • Strong selling skills with proven key account management experience, including direct engagement with supermarket buyers, in the FMCG environment.
  • Good understanding of supplier and customer relationship management, including supply chain coordination, field marketing, and branding strategy.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong hands-on capability in Excel analysis, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables, for forecasting and performance analysis.
