Job description

The Asst Sales Manager will work closely with the Assistant Director of Sales / Director of Sales to drive business growth, explore new opportunities, and expand existing accounts. Your responsibilities will include managing corporate accounts, generating new business, and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Responsibilities
  • Manage an assigned portfolio of corporate accounts, driving revenue growth and increasing market share.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Provide total account management, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
  • Conduct direct sales calls, telesales, and written communication to generate new business.
  • Identify and pursue new corporate clients to maximize revenue potential.
  • Organize and conduct property site inspections and client entertainment activities as needed.
  • Submit timely proposals, corporate rate agreements, and RFPs.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify business opportunities.
  • Participate in daily briefings, business development meetings, and other hotel activities to support business operations.
  • Assist in designing and implementing strategic sales plans to expand market reach.
  • Other ad‑hoc duties as assigned according to needs of business.
