• Supports the Restaurant Manager by overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of customer service and food quality.
• Managing staff, controlling inventory and costs, and enforcing health and safety regulations.
• Supervise all restaurant activities, from opening to closing, and ensure smooth coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
