Job summary

A construction management company based in Singapore is looking for a Project Manager to oversee large-scale projects. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in project management roles, particularly on condominium or large-scale projects. Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between site teams and project management to ensure smooth coordination and effective execution.
  • Monitor and review the master construction programme, prepare recovery plans, and adjust site schedules to mitigate delays.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to manage manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
  • Work closely with the technical team and consultants to resolve drawing discrepancies and technical issues prior to work commencement.
  • Support budget preparation and monitor cost reports to ensure expenditures remain within approved limits.
  • Review method statements, risk assessments, and work instructions to ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain progress reports, site records, and documentation for management and stakeholders.
  • Lead and participate in coordination meetings with site staff, subcontractors, and consultants to address issues and align actions.
  • Identify site risks and inefficiencies, propose improvements, and support initiatives that enhance project delivery.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related construction discipline.
  • Preferable 5 years of experience on completed condominium or large-scale projects in a project management role.
